The house is in the middle of the sunny Valle di Blenio and it's surrounded by beautiful mountains trails and pure rivers. The room is equipped with an area for smart working, a terrace for sunbathing and a 400m2 rose garden to share with our lovely dog. And if it were not enough, the river which is only 15 meters from the garden, offers small and beautiful beaches. You can't find a better place to disconnect from the routine. Our home is a rustic house, on the first floor you will find the bathroom, the living room, the kitchen and the terrace. The bedroom is on the second floor. Like a rustic old house does not have central heating, therefore we use electric heaters and in the kitchen we have a small wood stove, but we do have hot water in the kitchen and in the bathrooms For a small fee you can have access to an outdoor Finnish sauna and / or a full functional training gym. It is also possible to reserve weekly packages. In addition to this, professional massages and personal trainings recognized by health insurance companies can be reserved. If you like winter sports we are close to the two ski areas of the Ticino region, Nara and Campo Blenio where you can ski or snowboard. By car you can get to Campo in a maximum of 25 minutes and 15 minutes to Nara The nearest FREE parking is about 30 seconds from the house. At the same distance there are also bus stops, a shop with Ticino specialties from the valley, a Coop shop, a pharmacy, a restaurant, a physiotherapist, an ergotherapist, a personal trainer and a bank. All this for only 323 inhabitants... So no stress! We are sharing our lovely place with a little shy cat, a funny dog and 2 grampy birds 🐦
