Comfortable and stylish, within walking or cycling distance of Clearview and Elephant Hill wineries. Supermarket and takeaways a five minute walk. Enjoy your private deck with a glimpse of the sea. Guests must show a Vaccine Pass to stay at Beach Road Studio from 15 December 2021. Beach Road Studio is ideally located for your Hawke's Bay holiday. It is 25 minutes from Hawke's Bay airport and 15 minutes from Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. The studio has one queen size bed. Tea, coffee and milk are provided. The owners' home is at the front of a large beachfront section. The studio is located at the back of the section and is completely self contained with its own deck and outdoor furniture for relaxing in the Hawke's Bay sun. Private parking on site. Owners are on site and happy to help with any queries. Haumoana is a relaxed beachfront community. Our property is not suitable for pets.
