Very nice modern apartment right next to the amazing Ciudad de Artes y Ciencias and the fantastic Turia Park. Perfect location; 2k to the old town/city centre (you can walk, but also plenty of public transport). 10 minutes by car to the beaches. The location right next to Ciudad de Artes y Ciencias is spectacular. Guests can use apartment as they want. We live in Norway but will always be available to our guests. We have friends in Valencia that are available on arrival. They help us clean the apartment and make it ready for our guests. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Bus stop right next to building, but we prefer to walk. It is 2 km to old town. Very nice to walk in the park. But to the beaches it is advisable to take public transport. There is a grocery at the ground floor of the building. This is very convenient.
