House 15' away from the beach

Nice house, 15' minutes away from the beach (St-Jean de Monts). Suitable for one couple or more with children We live in a nice house with dark blue shutters, which is common on the island of Noirmoutiers. It is quite big (135m²) and it is situated at the far end of a lane, so it's very quiet. All the rooms + a key to the front door + a remote control for the electric gate We will answer all emails as soon as we get them. We check them everyday. We have a cat. It stays outside if you don't want it in the house.
