King size bedroom with ensuite shower room

The house is almost in the centre of Tiverton which is almost in the centre of Devon midway between the north and south coasts. Tiverton is also close to Exmoor And Dartmoor is not much further! Exeter is 15 miles away. The Grand Western Canal starts in Tiverton while Knightshayes Court is a National Trust property and only 2 miles to the north of Tiverton. The cinema in Tiverton is exceedingly cheap and the theatre is on the comedy circuit! Kitchen and lounge on the ground floor - 2 guests' bedrooms are on the first floor - I have a bedsitting room at the top of the house. I enjoy spending time in my bedroom but I also enjoy talking to my guests - it all depends on them!
