Village Garden House Adriatic Coast

The house is located in a little village at 6 kms from the Adriatic Sea. You will love the quiet of the place and enjoy the view of the Gran Sasso Mountain. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big and a living room with an open american kitchen. The house has a big living room with an american kitche, 2 bedrooms, accomodating up to 5 people, 2 bathrooms (one enclosed in the main bedroom), a wonderful garden and a porch where you can relax in the sunny days. The house has been recently renovated. It has wood floors, double glass windows, and nicely decorated interiors. I was raised in this house but I know live with my family at 3 km from where the house is located. The village is called Santa Lucia. It is very quiet, with a nice old church and a big central square, where older habtants reunite to play games. The house is strategically located between the Vomano River (1km), the Adriatic sea (6 km), the Abruzzo wine hills (2-10 km) and the Gran Sasso Mountain (30km). There are no shops close to the house, although some of them are at walking distance. There is a bus that connect Santa Lucia to Roseto every hour. However, the most convenient way to move around is by car. This would allow you to ro reach the most interesting places in the area.
