This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of this vibrant and creative city, and offers a privileged point of access to the 'new downtown' of Milan. Just two steps away from the apartment, you will find the innovative 'Torre Galfa' skyscraper and the beautiful directional centre of the Lombardy Region on the other side of the road. A few meters away there is the magnificent Central Station, with its architectonic style which is a mix of Liberty and Art Déco. Moreover, the historic centre of Milan - which includes Duomo, Turati, Brera and the most beautiful attractions of Milan such as Leonardo's Cenacolo (the famous 'Last Supper') and the Cathedral of Sant’Ambrogio - is within easy reach thanks to the nearby underground stop, which is only a few minutes away from the flat. Both the green and yellow underground lines are a few steps away from the apartment. You will also find a private parking garage on the other side of the road, as well as public parking on the street. The area where the apartment is locate offers international restaurants, music venues, supermarkets and taxi stations just a few meters away. The flat is perfectly connected with all main public transport links. Both green and yellow line are close to the apartment (Central Station), just a five-minute walk from the apartment, as well as several tram and bus lines to the center of Milan. Milan also offers you several sharing services such as Car2go, DriveNow, Enjoy, BikeMi etc… all this available close to the apartment. The building is under renovation. It may be some noise during the day. 30+ DAYS OF RESERVATION According to local laws, for all those reservations of more than 30 days Is mandatory an agreement of lease. It also require an initial deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation, that will have given you back at the check-out. The cost for the legal registration is 80 euros.
