This brand new 32m2 studio apartment is located in the North side of Yogyakarta city. Only 10 minutes drive or scooter ride to the centre. It's a perfect place to stay when you want to reach stunning Jogja / Java landmarks such as Borobudur Temple which is one of the Seven Wonders of The World, or the famous Prambanan Temple while still in the city reach. It's a brand new apartment and hotel buildings complex located in the north of Yogyakarta. The complex itself consists of 2 main identical towers. South Tower is a 4 stars hotel, and the North Tower is the Mataram City Apartment, where this unit resided. Practically this is the highest building in north side of Yogyakarta, so there you got the view of the astonishing Merapi Volcano Mountain. In the morning at dawn, you will be greeted with breathtaking sunrise view directly after you open the curtain. The receptionist for the apartment and the hotel is side by side and has connecting door. This is the first listing I host on Airbnb, but rest assured that as an Airbnb users since more than 7 years ago, I will do my best to give the maximum hospitality for the guests. Washing/drying machine is available inside the bathroom. We provide also rice cooker, electric stove + cooking utensils, microwave and refrigerator for your daily needs. This unit itself, with all the facilities should be priced higher, but as you might understand, the most important for me is to make lots of happy guests first, then adjust the price later. So grab it while it last :) You have the whole unit for yourselves. We live just 5 minutes from the unit, and practically available anytime and would like to do the best to assist you.
