Walk to the Wetlands

Only a short 100 m walk away from the beautiful Berrinba wetlands. Shops and bus stops also close. Two rooms available for short stays in a virtually separate wing of the house. The bathroom there is for guest use only :) Fully equipped laundry and off street parking too. Please note: I am automatically accepting bookings for up to 1 week. For longer bookings, feel free to request but at this stage I am not accepting bookings longer than 2 weeks. Apologies for any inconvenience. Two rooms and private bathroom space close to parks and shops Special note for clarity: A booking for one or two people means you can have the choice of either: - the room with Queen bed or - the room with 2 x single beds... Please let me know so I can make sure the right one is prepared or else I will assume it is a couple wanting the queen bed. If you are booking for two people but need both rooms the charge will be the standard for 2 people plus 1 x extra guest, so please submit enquiry as for 3 guests and let me know in a message. Parking is off the street within the property boundary. I live in the house so am usually there when guests are staying ( though I’m often out, either at work during the week or socially on weekends) I aim to be friendly and respectful and give guests the space they need while staying here. I enjoy getting to know guests and chatting at times if it’s working for both groups, while understanding that we all have various things to do and needs for downtime, so sometimes we might not see each other that often.
