Beechhill House is situated in a very quiet, mature street four hundred metres from Eltham High Street, and a 7 minute walk to Eltham Mainline Railway station. 6 trains per hour to London Bridge take 18 minutes. It is a large, double fronted house. The front garden has borders and off street parking for three cars - plenty of free parking on road. Ground floor: The ground floor has a large through lounge and a smaller bay windowed lounge, this room has a double sofa bed. There is WiFi. The modern kitchen faces the garden and has dish washer, freezer, fridge, cooker and microwave. Towels and linen are provided. The dining area has two French windows opening on to the garden and a door to a small toilet. The large patio has garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. The 32 m. rear garden is mainly lawn with fruit trees. There is a small porch to the front door. First floor: The first floor has a large family bathroom and three bedrooms and the second floor has two bedrooms. Bedroom one - A twin bedded room with views over the rear garden. Bedroom two - A kingsize bedded room with en suite bathroom facing the front. Bedroom three - A twin bedded room with bay window facing the front. Bathroom - Spacious room with bath, toilet, hand basin and large shower. Second floor - Bedroom four - A twin bedded room with en suite. Bedroom five - A twin bedded room with en suite. Rooms four and five have views over the garden and London. There are roof velux windows to the front. There are the usual supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants and public houses in the High Street. The Eltham Leisure Centre with swimming pool, keep fit training facilities and library is 400 metres away. It is a seven minute walk to Eltham railway station for regular trains to London Bridge (20 minutes), Charing Cross (25 minutes) and Victoria station (25 minutes). The Docklands Light Railway from Lewisham goes to Canary Wharf (20 minutes). Canterbury is a 50 minute drive east along the A2 road. Eltham is served by both A2 and A20 roads which lead into Kent and the Channel ports. Within half a mile of Beechhill House is Eltham Palace and Gardens (an English Heritage property), Royal Blackheath Golf Club, University of Greenwich at Avery Hill, Eltham Park South and Oxleas Woods, Avery Hill Park and Winter Gardens, the Tudor Barn, the Tarn and the Warren Golf Course. Charing Cross - 28 mins by train (Soho, Oxford Street, Regent Street, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus) Trains to Victoria Station every half hour take 30 minutes. No parties or gatherings.
