Character filled period home, situated in central Ballarat on the historical site of the original Eureka Hotel is a lovely 2 bedroom home that is essentially your home away from home. Close to the CBD, Sovereign Hill, Ballarat Wildlife Park, Eureka Pools & Eureka Stockade Centre. You can either take a 10 minute walk into town or catch public transport right out the front. Private off street parking at the rear of the property in an enclosed yard. Cafes & restaurants are within meters . The fireplace is decorative only due to chimney being blocked off.
