Kimmi's Coastal Retreat At Caseys Beach

Welcome to my home! It's comfy & chilled! 45 seconds to the beach. My beds are cosy and relaxing. Ceiling fans or air conditioning. The front deck has water views. The Balinese back deck is great. Backyard is grassy & private. There’s a pool & outdoor BBQ area in my complex you can use. My home is perfect for couples and families with a 1 or 2 kids! Public transport passes by. A fantastic park, supermarket, chemist and newsagency near by. Jet ski hire too. It is a no smoking home and complex. You can relax on the front deck with ocean views & cook a BBQ, enjoy the Balinese back deck, grassy back yard, enjoy a dip in the complex pool or walk a minute down the road for an ocean swim! Air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, wifi, modern bathroom / laundry, new paint, flooring & bedroom furniture & undercoving off street parking. My unit is very secure & private. Both wardrobes will have hanging space for you. You can use a draw in each bedside table and the tall boy will have a couple of draws for you to use. You will have access to WiFi. I will be close by so will be available to help or drop by if needed. My neighbourhood is mostly quiet and tranquil. The people are pretty friendly. If you leave your bedroom window open at night you can hear the gentle waves of Caseys Beach just down the road! It's a beautiful sound. There is usually a nice sea breeze to enjoy as you sit around the outdoor table on my front deck! It's very peaceful. And close to everything you need including an awesome playground for the kids. Public transport passes by my front door, with stops close by and courtesy buses from nearby clubs can pick you up too. It is an extremely short walk to my beach and a short walk to the shopping centre at Batehaven with an awesome park, playground, supermarket, chemist, newsagency, fish & chip shop and takeaway food shop, Thai Restaurant, woodfired pizza place and another beach which features jet ski hire.
