Pervolé 1: Beach Holiday Next Door

Enjoy the ubiquity of the smell of sea and the privacy of a generous front yard. Experience holidays with a sandy beach in a few seconds walk from your door. Children are very welcome! The family owned house has two guest apartments. They can be rented together or separately. Pervolè 1 has a north entrance (big veranda) whereas Pervolè 2 has its entrance on the westside of the house (smaller veranda). Both apartments provide two bedrooms (twin-bed and double bed), a kitchen/living room and a shower with wc. The kitchen is fully furnished. Only an oven is missing. A baby cot is available at your request. The living room is rather spartan since most guests prefer staying outdoor. There is plenty of shadow in the veranda and on the lawn for extensive relax after swimming. Even in peak summer time there is no need for an air conditioner. The walls are well isolated and a sea breeze is going almost every day. Die Liegestühle dürfen Sie selbstverständlich auf den Rasen stellen und den Tisch und die Stühle aus der Wohnung auf die Veranda. Although there are some hotels in the neighborhood of the 10 kilometer long beach, the surrounding has still agricultural activities going on. Rethimnon is a 15 minutes drive eastwards and Chania a 35 minutes drive westwards. Both are connected with public transports (bus) The Intercity bus station with stops in between is a 10 minutes walk from home. Unfortunately, the hotel next to our property is having throughout July and August beach partys twice a week (Wednesdays and Saturdays) starting from 23:00. This is an annoyance to us and can be quite disturbing for our guests. Though, only a few of our guests have considered this to be a real problem to them (see comments), we would like to be as objective as possible in this respect. We have tried several times to talk to our neighbors, but they don't seem to be willing to moderate their behavior. Therefore, we are trying to resolve this problem by legal means as soon as possible. But for the time being, one must expect noise starting at 23:00 and finishing not before 02:30 at Wednesdays and Saturdays (during July and August only).
