Our cute yet roomy two bedroom garden cottage is ideal for a bit of peace and quiet with easy access to the city, beach and hills. With self check-in you have contactless entry to this clean and tidy cottage. We provide a welcome breakfast pack. Close to Flinders Uni and hospital. Nearby train station takes you directly to the city in 20 minutes, for footy and cricket at the Adelaide Oval, shows at the Festival centre or for any of the seasonal festival hubs. TV, wifi and washing machine. Surrounded by greenery this clean and modern house is a good size with an L shaped lounge/dining space, there are two bedrooms (1 Queen and 1 Double), washing machine in the laundry and a small study with desk. We provide a welcome pack of eggs from our chooks, local baked bread, jams, milk and juice. Contactless self-check in gives you peace of mind. There's a separate driveway and entrance - all very secure. We're in a very quiet semi-rural suburb, yet close to the city. Off street parking for two cars. Plenty of street parking anyway. Unfortunately, the house is not wheelchair accessible and does not have rails etc. to cater for a disabled person We live next door aso we're available to help you with information if you need it. Otherwise we'll leave you to be completely private. Although as keen gardeners we may potter in the garden but we'll warn you first! Eden Hills is south east of Adelaide. It feels quiet and leafy, yet we're only 15 minutes from the beach at Brighton, Westfield Shopping Centre and Event Cinemas. Blackwood has a great village feel and is only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive away with supermarkets, strip shopping, cafes and all amenities. Adelaide Hills with its wineries and pretty villages are only 15-20 mins drive north-east, McLaren Vale is only 25 mins along the Southern Expressway. Flinders Uni and Flinders Medical Centre are 5 mins by car. Eden Hills train station is a 7 minute walk. Adelaide is only 20 mins by train directly to the Adelaide Oval, Adelaide Festival Centre and the Casino. The train connects to the tram through Adelaide, to the Entertainment Centre and Glenelg. Buses to the beach and the city are only a 5 minute walk away. It's a quiet spot, away from the hustle and bustle, but easy to get to everything! Just ask us how.
