La Fabrica - cottage with swimming pool. It is situated in the famous Lecrin valley, in an organic orchard with stunning views from roof terrace and patios. Yet 2 minutes walk from the bus stop and the GR7 route, and the village of Restabal. Situada en Restábal, en el Valle de Lecrín, cuenta con huerto orgánico rodeado de naranjos y otros arboles frutales, con unas impresionantes vistas del Valle y Sierra Nevada. A solo 2 minutos de la parada de bus, la ruta GR7 y el centro del pueblo. This secluded farmhouse cottage offers the best of many worlds - 1/2 hour from the city of Granada, 1/2 hour from the nearest beach at Salobreña, and 1/2 hour from the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada. Well connected to bus routes, the GR7 and the village, it is a little paradise in itself, standing in its own grounds, 4 terraces of oranges, lemons, grapes, pears, apples, figs and kiwis. You will be able to help yourselves to whatever produce is in season. There is both the house and a self-contained cottage - there are 2 terraces, one large shady terrace in front of the living room, with hammocks, patio furniture, etc. Another roof terrace with panoramic views and daybeds, ideal for sunbathing. In the summer months we have the swimmingpool, 6 x 3metres , with panoramic views from the shaded terrace. The village, standing at the end of a large lake, is less than 5 minutes walk with supermarkets, bank, chemist, medical centre. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Esta casa de campo, aislada, tranquila y acogedora, es muy funcional por su cercanía al pueblo, ofrece lo mejor de muchos ambientes. A solo media hora podemos disfrutar de la ciudad de Granada, de las playas de Motril, Salobreña o Almuñecar, y de las pistas de esquí de Sierra Nevada. Se encuentra bien conectada con el transporte publico, las rutas de senderismo y el propio pueblo. Es un pequeño paraíso natural, con 4 terrenos que cuentan con mas de 100 naranjos, limoneros, parras, perales, manzanos, higueras… de las que podrán servirse directamente a su mesa en temporada. La casa es totalmente independiente, cuenta con dos terrazas, una muy grande y sombreada frente al porche, con hamacas, muebles de patio, etc, y otra en la azotea, con vistas panorámicas y tumbonas, ideal para tomar el sol. Durante los meses de verano contamos con una piscina de 6x3 metros con unas increíbles vistas al Valle y a Sierra Nevada. El pueblo de Restábal se encuentra a solo un paso del Embalse de Béznar, pudiendo acceder a el dando un tranquilo paseo. The cottage is open plan on one floor. It comprises a large open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting room area. There are two fires for the colder months, one open and one wood-burning stove. The bedroom is behind a room divider at one end. The shower room and toilet are separate and fully equipped. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The day beds on the roof terrace are comfortable at night also. You will have individual access to the roof terrace and patios as shown, and individual access to the pool if requested, otherwise shared with the host. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- La casa es una casa rural, básica, pero con todo lo necesario. Cuenta con una gran sala de estar de planta abierta, con comedor y cocina, un sofá cama doble, y 1 cuarto de baño equipado. La habitacion de cama esta separada por un tabique. La terraza sombreada y con dos camas para poder disfrutar de una siesta al aire libre. Your host, Habiba, lives in the cottage next to the house. The Lecrin valley is famous for its glorious location - half way between the coast and Granada, in a valley of 3 rivers, a lake and many beautiful whitewashed villages. The Lecrin valley is green and lush, and full of fiestas and cultural events throughout the year.The GR7 walk is the Andalucian route that forms part of Europe walking route No.4, and our house is right on its doorstep. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- El Valle de Lecrín es famoso por su magnifica ubicación, a medio camino entre la costa y la ciudad de Granada, pero si no quieres salir de el contaras con 3 ríos, un embalse y muchos y hermosos pueblos que poder visitar. La zona es muy verde y exuberante, lleno de fiestas y eventos culturales durante todo el año. Para los amantes del senderismo, la ruta GR7 es la ruta andaluza que forma parte de la ruta Nº 4 de Europa, y esta a la vuelta de la esquina de nuestra casa. The house is 2 minutes from the bus stop. It is a regular and reliable service that connects you to Granada, the coast, and throughout the region. Parking is right outside the house. To get to the house from Malaga or Granada airport, you can get the bus, or drive. Directions are availalbe on request. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- La casa esta a solo dos minutos de la parada de bus. Es un servicio regular y fiable que la conecta con Granada y la costa. El aparcamiento esta en el exterior de la casa. Para llegar desde el aeropuerto de Malaga o Granada puedes utilizar el autobús o conducir, la dirección exacta esta disponible bajo petición. The cottage is situated next door to the larger farmhouse, as shown on the site map. It has has 4 terraces of orange and fruit trees, with views over the valley to the Sierra Nevada. There is a spacious terrace with hammock under orange trees for shade and 2 children´s swings. The swimming pool has a shallow platform that makes it safe for children. Also patio furniture, deck chairs and another hammock. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- La casita esta situada en 4 terrenos con naranjos y diversos arboles frutales, y vistas al Valle de Lecrín y Sierra Nevada. La terraza esta sombreada por naranjos, con una hamaca y con mesa de comedor para poder comer fuera. También hay dos columpios para niños (y no tan niños), la piscina, y otra hamaca.
