Residence Rosso

Residence Rosso, located in the seaside village of Popenguine on a hill overlooking the ocean, is a luxurious, comfortable villa. Guests have access to the whole villa: 4 bedrooms with air conditioners (AC) with private bathrooms; 4 large living rooms, one with AC, that can be turned into a sleeping room at night (great for kids!); an 11x5 m swimming pool, a wood fired stone oven, barbecue grill, and many other great amenities. The view is fantastic. The whole house was designed and built to be open and bright with good air circulation. The house itself (excluding the garden and the back yard) was built on close to 400m2 of land and on 3 levels. All the rooms are spacious, bright, and airy. You are welcome to the whole house with all its amenities (including my personal Luxman Audio set and 7.1 home cinema system and of course, my cds and dvd/blu ray discs). I can be reached at any time via email. I am unfortunately not in Popenguine to greet you personally, but all care has been taken to ensure you will have a pleasant stay at Residence Rosso. If you let me know ahead of time of special arrangements you would like to make, I will ensure that they be taken care of before your arrival. Residence Rosso is located in a quite neighborhood of Popenguine called Thioupam. It is on a hill overlooking the ocean. The villa is within walking distance from the traditional village of Popenguine and the beach (5 to 10 minutes). All utilities (water and gas) are included with the rental except for electricity which is charged at 150 Fcfa / kw. Guests leave a deposit of 15,000 fcfa for each day of rental to cover electricity consumption during their stay. At the end of the stay, a reading of the meter is done to compare with the reading at their time of arrival and the charge deducted from the deposit. A refund or topup is done at the end depending on the situation.
