Upstairs offers true tropical living with an open plan layout that includes the living room, dining area and brand-new, fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers high-end stainless steel appliances, an island bench and direct access to the deck. Take a seat at the handmade timber table as you gaze out over the Arafura Sea. The downstairs entertainment area includes a pool table, large lounge and a huge smart TV replete with Netflix. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, while bedroom three and four have comfortable queen beds, all topped with hotel quality linens. Each bedroom captures sea views. The beautifully designed main bathroom is dressed in light-washed timber and includes a high-end rain shower. The property has free parking with an undercover double garage available for guests' use, plus additional space in the driveway.
