The nearest malls only 5 minutes walks with so many great Indonesia local restaurant, 21 Cineplex, KFC and Starbucks. Welcome snacks, coffee, tea. Fresh towel, Shampoo, Soap are provided. Publish Rate per night only for one master bedroom, if you want to use the second bedroom extra charges will be applied. Non Smoking apartment Located side by side with Bassura mall with many varieties of great food tenants. From Starbucks to Kopi Kenangan (local coffee), my favourite are Eat and Eat Food Court :) When you feel bored just enjoy movie in 21 Cinema. Pretty low key mall but high quality tenants. JCO Donuts and Black Coffee from Kopi Kenangan are the best pairs. If you in a long term stay the cheap laundry are everywhere in the apartment area, with pick up services. Laundry price around 4 usd for 5kg (one load). You will have access to swimming pool which is located in Ground floor. There are beach bench for relaxing and tanning time :) I am hosting for airbnb experience, because I am a people person that love to connect and show the best part of Jakarta city. Very suitable for Budget wise tourist, business traveler. Guest can take Grab, Taxi and Gojek (local motorcycle apps) easily from my place. 😊 24 hours security in the reception area. For 1-2 guest the small/second room will not be set up. Please give me notice if you want to stay in the both rooms. If the guest loose the keys/access card penalties will be applied.
