The Blue House: on the LAKE with multiple decks

Lake house on beautiful Spofford Lake with three enormous decks. House faces west for long sunny days and gorgeous sunsets. Enjoy swimming, fishing and kayaking from your private dock. Bring your own boat for additional water activities. With multiple decks, you are bound to find either sun or shade nearly any time of the day. Plenty of indoor space to hang out, play games, or watch DVDs. Three bedrooms upstairs including a stunning master bedroom with amazing views of the lake. OUTSIDE: There are two large picnic tables, and patio furniture. Grill right from the deck using the two BBQ grills. 3 kayaks and vests are available for use: 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks INSIDE: First Floor - The bottom floor of the home features an open layout with a spacious living room and kitchen (which is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, etc.). There is a convenient ½ bathroom on this floor. NOTE: Kitchen and downstairs bathroom will be completely renovated during the winter of 2022. The TV in living room is hidden from view (see photos) but easy to access for watching DVDs . Wifi provided. Second Floor - Bedroom 1: Large master bedroom which looks out on the lake has a king bed and day bed. It includes a private bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a new front loading washing machine and dryer. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a queen bed and dresser for storage. Bedroom 3: The third bedroom has a queen bed and cabinet with drawers for storage. Guest Bathroom: The third bathroom is upstairs and has been newly renovated. Linens, bath towels and beach towels provided. NOTE: Property has several staircases which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or small children. Because it is located right on the water, children should be supervised at all times for safety. Also, parking is very limited around the lake. Our property can only accommodate 2 cars. Available by text or phone call Besides the pristine lake right outside your door, you can walk, run or bike around the lake (about 6 miles). The house is also close to a 9 hole golf course (1.7 miles), the Chesterfield Gorge Natural Area (2.5 miles), Pisgah State Park for hiking or mountain biking (4.3 miles), and Mount Monadnock - the most hiked mountain in the U.S. (22 miles). The towns of Keene and Brattleboro are each about 10 miles away and Hartford and Boston (with their airports) are both about 100 miles away. The wifi speed is 54 Mbps. My husband and son, who are teachers, have both taught lessons through ZOOM at the same time and have had no issues with internet speed.
