Cosy cottage in village centre

This 200 year old cottage in the centre of Lympstone is 100 yards from the railway station and on the cycle track and opposite a traditional pub. It has a double bed and a further bedroom with full size bunks, a fully fitted kitchen, free wifi and TV. Situated perfectly central to all the amenities Lympstone has to offer. No need for a car since the cycle track, harbour, pubs, restaurants and train station are a stones throw away. The cottage is very cosy consisting of a double room with one double bed and a second bedroom with twin bunk beds. The shower room is on the ground floor. We live n the village and can be with you in minutes if there are any problems Walks along the cycle track by the beautiful Exe estuary, great food at all three pubs in the village, and a very pretty harbour to watch stunning sunsets The train station is 100 yards away and the cottage is on the cycle track, perfect to visit the seaside town of Exmouth and the historical city of Exeter. Topsham is a 3 mile ride with the award winning Dart's farm agin on the track. We provide bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel, washing up liquid, tea towels, and a small welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits.
