There are many things to love about the area from beachside strolls, glorious sunset views, relaxed cafes and evening vibes. Free BBQ facilities located along the 2.4km stretch of foreshore are perfect for enjoying lunchtime picnics or an evening dinner. The yearly Nightcliff Seabreeze festival held in May brings locals and interstate visitors together for a weekend of fun and art. We love our suburb and are sure you will too. The number 4 bus stop is just a few minutes walk away linking Darwin CBD and the Casuarina Shopping Centre with stops at our famous Mindil Beach Market, the Casino and Charles Darwin University en route. For the walking enthusiast there are wonderful paths along the foreshore, and easy walking distance links to Dripstone Cliffs and Casuarina Beach. The CBD is 15 mins, Casuarina Shopping Centre 10 mins and Palmerston a mere 25 mins drive time away.
