You will be seduced by the charm of the old: charming building whose facade is classified with the Buildings of France, oak staircase, generous height in ceiling, Office of Public Prosecutor, the whole combined with the modernity of the equipment. Welcome home to Rodez! This charming studio combines the charm of the old (high ceilings, parquet floors, beautiful old building) and the modernity of the present (jet shower, modern equipment and furniture). You will enjoy working there thanks to the WIFI, going for a stroll in Rodez thanks to its prime location, resting on the welcoming sofa and sleeping like a baby on a quality mattress (anti-mite). There is also a room common to the three apartments of the building in which you can wash the laundry :-) We are from Aveyron and live in Rodez. We are at your entire disposal to prepare your arrival and to make you satisfied with your stay. The studio is located in the center of Rodez, in a quiet street that leads to Place du Bourg, market square on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. You can go there to taste Aveyron products or have a coffee in town. From the studio, you can do everything on foot: visit Rodez, Soulages museums, Fenailles, Denis-Puech, restaurants, bars, shopping ... You can easily park on the "city tour", down the street or at the Jacobins underground car park. Shops, shopping, shopping, restaurants, bars, museums, bus lines, all nearby. In Rodez, you can: - visit the city, - Cathedral - Soulages, Fenailles, Denis-Puech museums Leaving Rodez, in Aveyron, the most beautiful villages of France: Belcastel, Brousse le Chateau, Conques, Estaing, La Couvertoirade, Najac, Peyre, Saint Come d´Olt, Sainte Eulalie d'Olt, Sauveterre de Rouergue. But also Millau and the viaduct, animal parks, farm visits, natural sites. Leaflets on Rodez and Aveyron are available in the apartment. And we are also at your disposal to guide you :-) For each stay, we donate € 1 to the GrennPeace association for the protection of the planet. We have set up a thorough and specific cleaning to fight against COVID 19 (door handles, switches, remote controls ... are disinfected at each pass) Finally the key box allows you to arrive when you wish.
