Overlooking the valley this countryside Villa belonging to dear friends of mine is the perfect getaway home for families with kids, group of friends from all over the world. It's a bright home, with lot of space to be together and share stories and also nice spots to enjoy time in solitude reading a book or contemplating the views. I look forward to having you here! **7 BDR / 6BTR up to 21 Guests. Price is for up to 16, additional guests pay 25€ per night. ** Through the main gate you access the front of the Villa where you can easily park your cars. The property is fenced and secured to assure your privacy. The main door is just a few steps away. Once you get in the cross vaulted ceilings, the wideness of the spaces and its light will immediately make you fall in love with the place. Walk down the wide hallway and you'll find yourselves into the great room with access to the outdoor patio w/Bbq Area and further more you'll find the main dining room opening into the classic tuscan style kitchen where you can have cooking classes to learn more about our great local food and/or enjoy great times with yours family and friends. A Ground floor Family Bedroom w/detached bathroom completes the ground floor. Last, a full bathroom completes the floor. The great staircase will take you to the first floor where more bedrooms and the great library are located. Imagine bright spaces overlooking the Tuscan green, that's exactly what you'll see from each window. 5 out of 7 bedrooms are ensuite and they're all provided with fans. The big suite shares the bathroom with the kids bedroom, although the bedrooms layout can easily be changed to your needs. We created a space for your kids to play safely inside and we'll provide you with puppets, toy-cars and dolls so they can enjoy playing together both outside and inside. On our last floor you'll find the Hot Yoga Studio for Cardio Training. Last, our pocket Rooftop Terrace with carpets and cushions to enjoy the best summer's Aperitivo over sunsets and looking at the stars at night. Enjoy the best views down the surrounding hills and all the privacy while staying under the Tuscan sun. The outdoor space is wide and it's perfect for the kids to run around. We'll probably add a football pitch and a volleyball net to have even more fun playing sports outside. You'll have the best the best meals under the patio overlooking the garden and its flowers. The best part for last: walk down the paved path with olive trees on each side to get to the big pool. You'll love diving and swimming in the hot summer days and once again the view will make you fall in love with the place. This is Villa Guardavalle, an outstanding place to spend yours holidays! By renting the Villa you'll have full and exclusive use to the whole property (inside and outside). Whether is for a doubt, planning a nice Tuscan Dinner, a Wine Tasting, Massages, Trainings or Sightseeing I'm just one call/text away! I love interacting with my guests. And You'll have the chance of seeing me on multiple times during your stay to help you out (if needed). Crespina is a lovely village on the Tuscan hills, it's the perfect spot for Tuscany lovers being surrounded by beautiful hills. There's a lovely restaurant less than 200 meters from the Villa with a local feel and local delicacies. You can safely walk down to the Village and explore the surroundings. Perfect for hikers! You can walk on scenery routes to all the surrounding villages. 30 Minutes to the Sea (Castiglioncello - beautiful clear water) 25-30 Minutes from/to Pisa International Airport (PSA) If you wish to visit more around a car is recommended or private transportation can be arranged. Bikes can be hired. Scooters & Vespa can be hired.
