Icmeler luxury apartment with pool, sleeps 6

Our stunning, fully furnished 2 storey apartment is in a perfect location, one of only 5 apartments sharing a private, gated garden and swimming pool with beautiful views of the mountains.... Close to shops, cafes and restaurants, you’ll find something to suit everybodies tastes, either a quiet coffee or a more lively night out.. the choice is yours... The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with new appliances and kitchen utensils, and a modern breakfast bar with stools. The lounge area has comfortable sofas and chairs, a flat screen tv and a dining room table that seats 6 people which opens onto a terrace with a table and chairs. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a brand new fitted en suite bathroom with shower, double bed and patio doors that open onto a balcony for private sunbathing and breath taking views. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have patio doors and balconies for you to enjoy the sun. A second bathroom with shower can also be found upstairs. Beds are fitted with linen and there are large beach towels available for guests to use at the pool or beach. Other amenities include air conditioning, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, hairdryer and a safe for valuables. We also have a beautiful pool area with sunbeds and parasols, but it is strictly only available for guests renting our apartment, ( not for inviting outside guests), as there are permanent residents living within the complex. This must be adhered to, to avoid upsetting our lovely neighbours. Icmeler is a popular holiday destination, with many options for daytrips and activities. Boat trips, restaurants, bars, shops and the beautiful beach are just minutes away... There is a place to park if you have your own vehicle but if not, there is a dolmus(local bus) stop directly outside which you can hop on, for a very small cost, and take a trip into Marmaris or to the harbour if you feel like exploring. Our good friend Burak will meet you at the apartment on your arrival and be available to help you with any questions or help you need during your stay.
