The Annex is very spacious with a large lounge with Patio doors leading to garden and patio. The bedroom is also large with ample room to accommodate a third person on the airbed. 15% discount for week long stays. Owners are at work during week. The Annex The Annex is located on the ground floor comprising a large private lounge with Patio Doors leading to garden. Lounge: A Large room with gas fire, 32" flat screen TV with freeview. There is a food storage and preparation area with fridge and kettle microwave and toaster, and a welcome pack of biscuits and breakfast essentials as well as tea and coffee supplied. Bedroom: There is a private double bedroom and private bathroom and wardrobe storage, bedding towels and hairdryer provided. An airbed with bedding is available and can be set up in either the bedroom or lounge for a third guest. The bathroom has a comfortable bath, toilet and wash basin, generous pile of towels, bath products and candles supplied for a relaxing soak after a long day out. Internal doors lead to shared kitchen and dining room with wood burner, dish washer, microwave, gas hob and electric cooker, and washer. Currently Full use of the kitchen facilities are un-available, due to Corvid 19. My husband David and I are available to help during evenings and weekends and can be contacted if necessary during the day. Llanaelhaearn is a small village on the north coast of the LLeyn Peninsular. The nearest small town is Pwllheli ( 7 miles), with Caernarfon and its castle (13 miles), Bangor University and Hospital Town (22 miles). A perfect base to explore on foot or by car. Tourist brochures available with discount offers for all guests. Public transport, bus, in the village 5min walk.
