Wifi is available for our guests. We have a designated parking area for our guest which is only a few short steps away from the entrance of our airbnb. Old Beach is a very quiet, peaceful suburb 20 minute drive from the city centre. A perfect location to relax or explore everything our state has to offer. Our space has a private entrance so you can come and go as you please. We have a one of the best views in Old Beach of Mt Wellington/ Kunanyi, and the Derwent River and the greater Hobart area. Enjoy your continental breakfast with views of Mt Wellington/ Kunanyi in the distance, just magical. At night the lights of the surrounding suburbs are a delight. Our space is very stylish, modern with our guests comfort in mind. Guests can access laundry on request. We are here to assist our guests in anyway we can. Happy to chat about our local tourist attractions or our many wonderful food & wine establishments that guests may be interested in visiting. Old Beach is a perfect location to base yourself while exploring Tasmania's many award winning attractions, art & cultural events. Old Beach is a very quiet, peaceful suburb and only 20min from the heart of our city. Mona - Museum of Old and New Art is 15 min drive. We are close to our local shop, walking trail & public transport. Old Beach is situated on the banks of the Derwent River and has a picturesque 2 km coastal foreshore walk which has numerous bird species. The foreshore walking trail is only a 2 minute drive away or a 10min walk if you are reasonably fit as there is some reasonably steep inclines to conquer on your return. 2.0klm Foreshore Walk Public Transport a minutes drive away. Parking available for those wanting to leave their car. Guests can walk to our local takeaway and foreshore walk but will need to have a good amount of fitness as there is some uphill.
