Apartment in the heart of Degla

There's an open kitchen with an full view of the living, dining, and TV room. There is plenty of natural sun light during the day throughout the apartment, and 3 A/Cs to keep it cool. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities including microwave, oven/stove, kettle, cutlery, pots/pans, etc. Both bedrooms have a lot of sun light during the day, with the master having a small, private balcony and private bathroom. Both rooms have queen-sized beds, able to accommodate 4 adults total. If tenants need any help, they should not hesitate to reach out. I am always available by phone and will usually respond by the end of the day. The apartment is located on a street packed with many dining options, numerous supermarkets and fresh fruit and vegetable stands, as well as near to the American school, CAC, and the Ace Club. There are coffee shops, bookstores, and gyms in walking distance.
