Pendio del Sole is a beautiful, quiet and centrally located 2.5 room flat (approx. 65 m2) with a panoramic view. Beautiful walking paths are in the vicinity, and you also have use of the swimming pool with sunbathing area. Please note: The swimming pool is NOT heated and is NOT in operation all year. It is usually in operation from about mid-May to mid-October, but PLEASE CHECK WITH US FIRST BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING. Room layout: Living room with open kitchen and exit to the balcony, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom/WC, corridor. The terrace is directly accessible from the living room. Ideal occupancy: 2-3 persons One medium sized dog is allowed in Pendio del Sole. Smoking is not allowed in Pendio del Sole. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Pendio del Sole has one dedicated parking space in the parking garage with a lift that takes you directly to the apartment. Pendio del Sole is fully equipped with, amongst others: Flat screen TV, Cablecom Digital TV, Satellite Receiver or Bluewin TV (incl. all German speaking channels), Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer.
