Mansi on Raymond features thirty-five state of the art architecturally designed townhouses and studios. As well as #64 & # 478 which are 2 bedroom cottages adjoining Mansi. These are located in a private court so there is no traffic, making it ideal for family holidays, get together and family functions. Our townhouses feature all the creature comforts of home with a lovely living area and central heating and cooling so guests will be able to relax in style. Rooms feature complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV's, which are Netflix ready, you just need your own account. Quality designer furniture throughout and lovely comfy beds teamed with beautiful linen ensures you have the most restful nights’ sleep. Reception is open from 8.30 am till 6 pm Monday to Friday. From 8.30 am to 4.30 pm on Weekends and Public Holidays. If you wish to arrive after hours please contact reception to arrange access to the key kiosk which is available 24 hours. Reception is open 9am - 4.30pm on weekdays and a key kiosk is available outside of these hours for late check-ins Why come to Sale? Sale has a large range of bike tracks, which will take you to amazing sites just 30 minutes in each direction. Whether it be amazing wet lands, or the Historic Swing Bridge you can enjoy a picnic by the river and ride back through the Botanical Gardens or the Rail Trails just 20 minutes away by car. We also boast one of the best mountain bike parks in Victoria. For the less adventurous you may simply ride down the street for a cup of coffee in one of our great cafes. Mansi on Raymond has bikes available for free use for our guests. As well as E-Scooters available for hire. Sale is a beautiful country town surrounded by some of the most productive farm land in Australia. You can experience the country life for a few days or stop over on your way to the Gippsland Lakes or the Mt Hotham. Free onsite parking for guests. Mansi on Raymond is 1.6 kilometres from the Sale Train Station. If you're a Corporate Traveller you will find a home away from home and our team will try and help you with any business services you request. We also arrange Weekend Retreats at our Element Wellness Centre with yoga, meditation, massage, spa treatments, infared saunas. So next time your planning a girls weekend away, we can make it a beautiful memory. We can cater for boutique conferences for up to 20 people with full catering available, alternatively we can organise restaurants and other activities around the area. Our Element meeting / conference room is available for bookings. We have a full time Management Team offering support during your stay. There is a $300 Security deposit for the Villa & Georgian townhouses. Mansi on Raymond features double glazed windows, to ensure you have a peaceful night’s sleep. All of our bedrooms come with their own en-suite with complimentary toiletries for guest use. We have a choice of King, Queen or Twin Single configurations 24 hours notice is required for Twin Single Configuration at a $20 one off charge each. Cots and High chairs available on request all linen is provided. We also have a fully accredited mobility impaired townhouse available. All Lounges and bedrooms have Smart TV's, which are Netflix ready, you just need your own account. The kitchens of #64 as well as the Georgian and Villa Townhouses are fully equipped with ample table setting for up to 8 people and dining room with 8 chairs, so you don't need to leave to enjoy a meal. #478 has seating for 2 people, as our only residence with a bath, it is ideally suited for a romantic getaway. Complimentary Tea, Coffee, Biscuits, Milk, Water, Salt, Pepper. The Townhouses, #64 and #478 feature a Pod Coffee Maker. Sorry No Parties, No Smoking and No Pets Allowed.
