This family house is located in the heart of the town and is just a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beaches of the Mar Menor. The house is on two levels with a front terrace for the afternoon sun and a courtyard at the back for the morning sun and ideal location for breakfast. Downstairs consists of the lounge/dining area, a kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and the main bathroom.
