To the rear of the property is a generous sunroom providing an additional living area with large flat-screen TV, DVD player and a wide selection of DVD's. Popular local attractions include The Princess Margaret Rose Caves, The Nelson Explorer, The Great South West Walking trail and numerous sinkholes including Ewan Ponds Conservation Park. Donovans is popular for fishing, kayaking, and river cruising. Shacks and boat sheds line the river which snakes briefly into South Australia before it reaches the river mouth in Nelson. Bream and estuary perch are common catches from the landing along with the not so common and elusive mulloway.
