This guest house has just finished a complete renovation and is located 5 minutes west of Club 37, two miles from the Na-tah-ka Bar & Bass Lake. Enjoy WIFI, Cell service, awesome campfire pit / outdoor area w/ wood provided. Fully stocked kitchen, 3 TV's W/ cable, A/C, attached garage all nestled around a cozy up north knotty pine feel. You are 25 minutes from Caberfae Peaks & and the Big M Trail . You are 35 minutes from Ludington, 40 minutes from Manistee and Little River Casino, and one hour or less to Cadillac and Traverse City, MI. Enjoy paved roads to your front door, but thousands of acres of National Forrest for hiking, fishing hunting and exploring out your back door. Fishing opportunities abound with thousands of acres of state & federal land and close proximity to the Sauble river, Little Manistee river, Pine River & Pere Marquette river. We have a dedicated heated area for your gear, boots, helmets to get bundled up for your day outdoors, and dry out when your day is done. Full Kitchen, spacious seating and serving area, and two plush couches and stressless type recliners with a 55" TV with a full complement of your favorite channels. You also have internet, WiFi, streaming, and cell phone service so you can stay as connected as you want to be. This cabin also features forced air heat, (a/c for the summer), fireplace (simulated), a full bath and shower downstairs, 1/2 bath upstairs. The master bedroom downstairs has 1 queen bed and a pull out couch. Upstairs, the front area has 1 queen and 1 full size bed. The back bedroom has two queen beds. There is also a washer / dryer if needed for your stay. This property is most comfortable with 6-8 individuals, but can accommodate up to 10. (10 people is also the maximum allowed occupancy at this property - no exceptions). Parking is available for a few trailers and / or 4-5 vehicles. Fire pit area out back with wood provided (pay it forward donations appreciated). Propane stainless steel grill provided. About this Guest House: This property is a totally renovated 65' x 35' two story pole type building (Poledominium). It is located on a one acre lot, in a quiet neighborhood - not remote - not secluded. Think Condo - limited outdoor views, but extremely functional, comfortable, warm and open. You are close to most everything you need to feed yourself or fill up your toys. The Na-tah-ka Bar and gas station is 2 miles away for food, fuel and fun. Dublin Store - 15 minutes. We rent to adults over 30 years of age. No outdoor camping / tents. No Pets Allowed - No Smoking Inside- No Events / Parties Check in 4 pm - Check out - 11 am Damage / Security Deposit - $500.00 Typical Rental Rate = $195 / night for 8 people (+ $15.00 / person over 8 people - 10 person max.) $125.00 Cleaning Fee Cancellation: Winter: 7+ days in advance - 50% refund on rental payment. I realize winter and snowfall for winter sports can be hard to predict. Summer: 14 + days - 50% refund. We also offer the option of rolling your deposit into another available week / weekend.
