Stylish newly appointed studio apartment with kitchenette and its own bathroom with shower. The Studio is 24 square metres in size. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood in west Hamilton. The Studio is throughly cleaned and sanitised between stays. The Studio is on the ground floor of a two story home. We live upstairs with our two teenagers, whom are quiet. The apartment has a kitchenette , with a toaster, jug, and a microwave with a grill function. There is a single element bench top cooker. We provide tea, coffee,sugar, milk. There is 43in Smart TV with Netflix. Heaters and fans are provided. There are smart light sensors in lounge and bathroom and extra light fittings in the shower and above dining table. There is a door sensor but it is not in use. Due to the Covid outbreak we do require proof of valid New Zealand vaccination for guests staying in this unit. Thanks for your understanding. Private entry gained with an access code. Off street car park available. We are happy to assist guest with any questions or concerns and provide a private space. Quiet street with family owned and rented homes. Close to supermarkets, cafes & city centre. The Base shopping not far. Within 1-2 hours of many scenic areas and places of interest. Raglan, Ngaruawahia, Matamata, Te Awamutu, Cambridge, Otorohonga, Te Aroha, Pirongia, all within an hours drive. Rotorua, Taupo, Tauranga, Mt Maunganui, Auckland all within 2 hours drive. A car, Uber, Loop car share, public transport. There is Loop car share at Hamilton Transport Centre. A bus stop is situated within 2 minutes walk from the Studio to city centre or Waikato University. The room can be divided into two bedrooms or two seperate rooms with a sliding wall and door. It is not suitable for wheelchair guests. It is not suitable for infants.
