Located 20 minutes from the ski resorts (Masell/Molina) and 8 minutes from Puigcerdá. On the bottom floor, there is a large living room with access to backyard, chimney, one bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms with sleeping capacity for 8. The community has a tennis court, basketball courts and a kids park. The house is ideal for families with children, romantic getaways or family reunions. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and direct access to the backyard. The backyard is great for the kids for playing and families for enjoying the view and enjoying the views. Guests will have access to the entire home including the backyard.
