2BHK Apartment in peaceful village Colva/Benaulim

This beautiful apartment is on 1st floor(top), has spacious bedrooms with balcony and open terrace attached to balcony for guests to breathe in some fresh air. We are located in between Colva and Benaulim. Our house is right next to a Church. You also have authentic Goan and Indian Cuisine available here on request. Both the rooms are on the first floor of the house and are equipped with split AC's. There is direct access to both the rooms via a staircase which is on the left side of the house. The bedrooms, hall and kitchen are very spacious. Apart from that you have a huge open terrace attached to the balcony, where you can chill with a drink or two taking in the fresh air and listening to birds chirping. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, a cooking range with gas connection, utensils for cooking, cutting board, soap and scrubbers, a kitchen towel, a few serving bowls, crockery and cutlery glasses and mugs where guest can cook meals. The Bath has wall mounted racks for towels and clothes . A water heater for a warm shower and all other necessary toiletries like soap, towels, and toilet paper. There is also a battery backup in case of a power breakdown. Home cooked Goan/Indian meals (Veg and non veg) is available on request at a additional charge. The house is accessed via a external staircase. The guests would have ample space to park their vehicles in front of the house. We love having a chat with our guests. Apart from that, we are always available to help out with anything they might need . Since I'm a housewife, I'm always available. If they need to rent a bike or a car or hire a taxi , we would be there to make arrangements. It's a beautiful neighbourhood. With a lot of greenery and fields nearby, this area is frequented by various birds. There is a chapel on the Monte hill nearby with a breathtaking view for some photography. Colva beach is only a 20 min walk form the Apartment. Other beaches like Benaulim, Sernabatim are 10 minutes drive away. There are plenty of shops, ATM's, superstores, banks, wine stores, medical stores, fruit and veggies , laundry , fast food joints and restaurants in the vicinity. Colva: Beach is 2.5 kms away (25 minutes walk) Dabolim Airport, Goa : 35 min drive (21.9 kms) . Recommend a prepaid taxi. Margao : Train station 12 min drive (4.9 kms). Recommend a Auto Rickshaw. Margao: Bus Station 5 min drive (3 kms). Recommend a Auto Rickshaw. A minimum security deposit of 1000 will be charged. This will be refunded on check out while handing over the keys and will cover any damage, breakage or loss during the stay. Or you may leave your original ID with us which will be returned on check out.
