Within the borders of the gorgeous nature reserve “Altogarda”, the spacious Apartment Sun is located in the tranquil village of Oldesio amidst a romantic olive grove. Situated on the ground floor, the charming apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed (that fits one person), a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The child-friendly apartment furthermore includes Wi-Fi, a wood stove, a stereo system and satellite television with international channels. In the outdoor area, guests share a generous 32m2 pool with the 5 other apartments of the building and because the fenced property borders on gardens and the olive grove, guests can refresh themselves and relax on the sun loungers in privacy. The private terrace of the apartment offers a place to absorb the stunning views of the Apennine mountains and the shimmering waters of Lake Garda - guests are invited to have their morning coffee here or savour a glass of Italian wine in the serene evenings under the clear, starry sky. A pizzeria and a restaurant are both a short walk away in Oldesio while a supermarket, a bakery with fresh pastries and a larger selection of shops are located in the pedestrian area of the neighboring village Gardola - about a 4-minute drive or 2 km away. In this historical centre of Gardola, visitors will find weekly events during high season, including a medieval market, wine tastings, music festivals, and other fascinating events about Lake Garda’s past. The closest golf course, Golf Bogliaco, is 15 minutes away by car while a couple beautiful, pebble beaches are about 7 km or an 11-minute drive from the property in Porto Tignale. Parking spaces are available on the property. If requested in advance, pets are allowed for an extra fee. Bed linens and towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided.
