Walk to Coogee Beach in 20 minutes or drive in 5. 300 metres to city transport. 23 minutes by bus to the city and 20 minutes from the airport by car. Untimed parking is readily available. Close to Randwick Racecourse and several Golf Courses. Optus mobile phone reception can be poor or inconsistent. It is the only network that appears to have an issue. Unfortunately this is something I have no control over. Optus reception in the entire area is poor.
