The Studio - Relaxed & Friendly

This studio is a cosy place to stay while visiting the Nations Capital! Come back from a day of work, shopping or sight seeing and put your feet up and relax. Despite belonging to an active family, once you walk in and shut the doors - it is remarkably peaceful. You will be a 10-15 minute drive to almost anywhere in Canberra and there is a bus stop located in the next street. There is plenty of space to park in the quiet tree-lined cul-de-sac and your hosts will be happy to provide you with information on local sights and directions on how to get there. Please feel free to enjoy an early morning coffee or evening wine on our deck. We are usually around to greet you and answer any questions. We will be available if you need us, but will otherwise respect your privacy. Our studio is about 5 minutes drive to both Kippax and Belconnen town centres, and a 15 minute drive to the city. There is a place to park your car in the cul-de-sac or a bus stop in the next street. Previous guests have been enjoying the benefits of Uber and Uber eats too! Canberra’s traffic is reasonably minimal - so getting from place to place by car is fairly simple with the use of a GPS or smart phone. We are only too happy to provide you with further information if required. Although we love animals...we have a dog already, who is quite territorial, so we cannot have guests bring their dogs with them. This studio would suit 1 to 2 people - but will also accomodate more if required. We can provide an extra mattress or two on request. (Please give us prior warning though - so we can set up for you)
