"Appartamento Famiglia" ideal for families or groups: wide, clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet and residential area close to Como city and it is ideally located to visit beautiful lake Como and cities like Lugano and Milan. In the apartment you will have a double bed, two bedrooms with six single beds, and if needed a crib and baby changing unit is available. Towels and bed linen are included. The bathroom with shower has a washing machine for your use. The kitchen is provided with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, and has fridge, microwave and toaster. In the living room you will find a TV and DVD player. You will have a pellet stove, which is in addition to the apartment heating already included. You have two balconies and a terrace with table and chairs to eat outdoors during nice days. A private car park and our beautiful garden is available for your use. If you stay during the harvest season you can try the fruits and vegetables we produce in our garden. You will have the exclusive use of your apartment. The local area has a variety of good restaurants and pizzeria within walking distance like La Vecia Hosteria and Il Pettirosso in Luisago or Capriccio in Portichetto. We can help you order takeaway pizza if you want to relax and enjoy your cosy apartment. You will find supermarkets and shopping facilities such as Eurospin and Lidl located less than 1 km / .6 miles from us or Iper a few minutes away by car. There are excellent local sports facilities in the area, that include a swimming pool in Villa Guardia, the Golf Club Monticello or the Golf Club Villa d’Este. You can be in Como in 15 minutes by car or train. From Como Lago pier there are ferries to visit ancient and picturesque villages on lake Como such as Bellagio, Argegno and Laglio. Otherwise you can get the funicular railway and reach the town of Brunate which overlooks historic downtown Como and its lake. We are a 30 minute drive/50 minute train ride to Milan. From here you can easily reach Fiera Milano City and Fiera Milano Rho-Pero convention centers. Good links to all Milan airports including Malpensa 20 minutes away, Linate 40 minutes and Bergamo - Orio al Serio 50 minutes by car.
