Bath Tub Cottage - romantic soak under the stars !

Bath Tub Cottage is a delightful place to stay. It has all the comforts of home and a lovely terraced garden and an outdoor bathroom which has a claw foot bath tub for you to enjoy a hot soak under the stars. At the end of the garden is a summer house for you to enjoy. The cottage is perfectly placed as its only a short stroll from the village which has an array of shops, pubs and restaurants. Whether you're set on exploring Cheddar, Somerset or the Mendips or there is plenty to do. Bath Tub Cottage is such a lovely place to enjoy. It has flagstone floors downstairs and a mix of original and contemporary design. The lounge comfortably seats a family of six and has a flat screen smart TV with talk talk stop, record and play on demand viewing. There is a fully equipped kitchen/diner to include dishwasher, oven/hob, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and microwave. In the old ‘outhouse’ outside is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs there are three bedrooms - master and loft room with solid oak kingsize beds, wardrobes, and high quality Egyptian cotton bedding and feather and duck down duvets. The snug room has a sofa bed that converts to a double and has all you need for a nights sleep. Outside the garden is the jewel in the crown of this cottage! On the first deck of this beautiful garden you will find the claw foot bath tub with hot and cold running water. It is screened by plants and artistic tree screen to allow some privacy. Our vision was to give our guests a romantic place to relax and unwind in hot bubbles beneath the stars after an energetic day exploring the Gorge and Somerset. The garden continues to offer a place to dine and BBQ and at the end is a summerhouse a perfect place to relax and read a book. The whole cottage and beautiful garden is offered for you to enjoy. If you’re just a couple looking for a romantic break ask us for a special offer and we will shut the loft room and reduce cleaning and rental costs for you if we can.
