House of Dalle in Bali

Bright two-storey villa with approx. 170 m² living space, large tropical garden and pool (5.7 m x 3.3 m) in a quiet location. Completely renovated in 2016. Within walking distance are shops and restaurants. The house manager is always approachable. The two-floor house is located in a quiet back road in Kerobokan, in the north of Kuta. The walled land has 400 square meters. Not far from the beach there is always a pleasant breeze. The garden has beautiful tropical plants and a small pool (5,7 m x 3,3 m). The living space of 170 square meters consists in the ground floor of a large living room, a bedroom and an office, each with AC, a small open kitchen, a small bathroom with hot water shower and 2 roofed terraces. In the first floor are 2 bedrooms with AC, 1 with a roofed balcony and on request with a baby cot. The large bathroom is bright and offers a bath tub and a shower, both with hot water. All rooms are furnished with stylish teak wood, bamboo and rattan furniture and come with a refrigerator, gas stove with exhaust hood, washing machine, cable-TV, DVD-player, and 24 h internet (WLan). The kitchen has basic kitchen utensils, tableware and cutlery. An experienced and trusted Balinese lady cleans the house daily. On request and for extra costs she could wash the clothes and cook Indonesian food. The villa is located about 10 minutes by car from the beach. Within walking distance are shops for convenience goods (also imported food), a market and a Balinese snack bar (warung). Kerobokan is the centre for gourmets, art lovers and night owls. North of Kuta and Legian are excellent restaurants with local and international food, trendy bars, fancy fashion and arts & crafts boutiques, art galleries and furniture shops with Balinese teak wood furniture. The wide beach isn’t crowed. - Reduced rates with long term bookings on request. - You could use the whole house and garden. We moved back to Germany and can be reached always by phone or e-mail. Our house manager Ibu Ambar will take care if you need any help. The house is located in a residential area, where so far still little tourists or foreigners live. On the one hand, you can observe the local everyday family life, but also enjoy all the amenities of modern life. If you arrive via Jalan Merta Nadi, you can't go directly to Jalan Merta Agung, but you have to turn left and then turn back, because there are stones in the middle of the road to interrupt the passage. If you bring infants, we can block the pool with a metal fence and the porch with a small door on request at no extra costs to you.
