Self Contained basement flat with parking and private entrance and garden/patio BBQ area. Garden backs onto the Ogwen river and forest parkland at the foot of the Carneddau and Glyderau range of mountains in Snowdonia. Large Bedroom/Living room area with separate Bathroom with bath & shower. New separate kitchen with electric cooker, fridge freezer etc. Private Patio BBQ area. There is a private car parking area which is sometimes shared with our guests at the Glamping Pod. Please park in a way that allows access for one other vehicle. The basement flat has its own outdoor patio space where you can BBQ or sit out when the weather allows. We will be available in the main house most evenings and most weekends for help with directions, walks, cycling, local pubs, restaurants, bus routes etc. We are surrounded by the river Ogwen, Snowdonia Mountains and the World Famous ZipWorld (20mins walk) We have many amenities within a couple of minutes walking distance including a woodland park, Tesco Express, Cafes, local shops, several pubs, restaurant, take-aways. Numerous great walking and cycling routes. Frequent bus services, every 10-30minutes to/from Bangor 5 miles from West Coast Mainline station at Bangor. Only 3 miles from A55 North Wales Expressway.
