The House is set in Beautiful Gardens overlooking the communal Pool. We have a 2 storey Townhouse with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Ground Floor Downstairs we find an outside terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the inviting Communal Pool. We also have a built in BBQ for those amazing Summer evenings. The front door leads to a cozy living room, with comfortable sofa, and a TV with English and Spanish Channels. This room also has Hot/Cold Air Conditioning. From the Living area you enter a well equipped Kitchen, with Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster and Coffee Machine. The property resides on a secure Gated Community and walking distance to both Cabo Roig and La Zenia beach, and also the Strip. “The Strip” Cabo Roig Strip features many Bars and restaurants, from Irish Bars and Curry House, through to Nightclubs and High End Restaurants. There is something for everyone on “The Strip” Golf The property is located on 15 mins Drive from the best Golf Courses on the Costa Blanca. Campoamar, Las Ramblas, Villamartin and Vistabella to name but a few.
