First floor contains dinning table, pantry cupboard with table setting for 6 people, full fridge and freezer, 3 seater lounge. A small kitchen has a two burner gas stove, sink, equipment for cooking full meals including a full oven but of reduced size. Upstairs are the bedrooms and bathroom with shower, bidet, WC and sink. All completely independent and private. All spaces in this home are reserved for your exclusive use. All spaces and equipment is for guests private use. Just two steps from the house is a peaceful park with a killer view towards Assisi and wonderful centuries old plane trees. A short stroll from house are 3 restaurants and 1 bar. You’ll love the peace and quiet of Bettona and the fact that Etrusco is in a car-free street. Its an idyllic location to get out and explore the beauty of Umbria. Best to have a car in Bettona to be able to see the wonderful surrounding towns and villages. There’s free parking in the squares of Bettona and they are within a 3 minute walk of the house.
