Cabin on the White River - Record size trout!

Welcome to Mullett’s Landing! There are only four total cabins in this serene area--the cabin is down a private road which is accessed behind a locked gate. The cabin has views of the bluffs on one side with the White River on the other. The river is cold, clean, and excellent for fishing. Swimming is not recommended, and property owners are not responsible for accidents. This beautiful cabin has a brand new interior with hardwood floors. It is 2b/2bath on the ground floor with a loft bedroom upstairs. The ceiling is vaulted with ceiling fans and has central heat/air. You will find all you need to make meals at home among other amenities for your relaxing vacation….Although the cabin does not have internet at this time, mobile hot spots work great. DISH Network (Satellite TV) is currently active and available. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns! Come enjoy the cabin charm at our place on the river! Please Note: Due to fluctuating river levels, some areas on the bank are steep and fishing off of them is not suitable, however, the local boat dock is within walking distance and has quaint little fishing spots. Kayak and boat rentals are also available nearby. Lake Norfork is about 25 miles north of Calico Rock. Additionally, if you travel south, you will discover Mountain View which is the Folk Music Capitol of the world. Mountain View is home to Blanchard Springs Caverns and the Ozark Folk Center. There is lots of music and festivals year round in this unique town. Spacious parking in a gravel lot. Easy -no contact check in and check out. The cabin is located on a private road directly on the White River. It is walking distance to the river bridge and nearby famous ghost town. Additionally, there are kayak & river boat rental companies close by, with the option for guided tours. Newly listed with AirBnB.
