Casa Giulia rises in a peaceful place in the earth of Umbria, in a strategic position, closed to the main villages of the area and a magnificent nature. It is a beautiful, ancient house that can host up to 22/23 people and which is built on 3 levels; it has a vast garden with a sunny swimming - pool and a pleasant out side areas where meals can be eaten with a closed kitchen. You can have resting, interesting and sportive holidays: cultural visits, horse ridding, rafting , tracking and shopping Casa Giulia is nice XVII C manor, in the earth oh Umbria. You can share with us the love for our native land. Many cultural sites to visits: Perugia, Spoleto, Assisi, Gubbio, etc... Different tastes to discover: olive oil, Montefalco red wine, truffles, strangozzi...A huge range of sport facilities: trekking on the olive hills with magnificent landscapes, beautiful horseback riding, rafting on the river, swiming-pool to rest....We do our best to feel you at home. The house is composed by two building: in the principal one there are 7 rooms , on three levels, all with air conditioning and private bathroom, furnished with ancient furniture and paintings; a flat with private patio, garden and a fireplace is located beside the swing pool. The sunny swimming pool has a beautiful view on the valley. BY CAR: From Rome: Take the A1 motorway towards Florence, exit Orte, direction Terni, Spoleto, Foligno. From Florence: Take the A1 motorway towards Rome, exit Val di Chiana, direction Perugia, Foligno, Spoleto. From Bologna: Take the A14 towards Ancona, Cesena exit, direction Perugia, Foligno, Spoleto. From Ancona: To Fano, Fabriano, Nocera Umbra, Foligno, Spoleto. On the freeway exit at Trevi or Campello sul Clitunno Pigge direction.
