20 minutes walk to Queenscliff and Manly Beaches , and 30 min walk to Manly ferry . 5 min walk to Olympic sized pool, across the road from cycle path, parks , golf course and overlooking Manly lagoon . 30 min walk Manly Dam bush walking/mountain biking Our home is a fully furnished house. . There are 6 bedrooms ( 1x Queen and 2 x double and 3 x single ) 3 bathrooms , laundry and living spaces. The main bedroom is oversized with Queen sized bed , ensuite and walk in wardrobe Double bed in down stairs front bedroom and upstairs . All other bedrooms have single beds with built in wardrobes. 3 x spare mattresses It would comfortably sleep 9 adults and would be perfect for a family. A second living space great for teenagers upstairs with a single bed . Trampoline in the front yard Linen and crockery provided The kitchen has an Ilve stove and oven and is fully equipped, including microwave. Lounge room has an Apple TV and Gas heater for winter. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living areas The huge deck at the front of the house overlooks Manly lagoon and Manly golf course On the front deck have an early breakfast in the morning light or a cool drink in the afternoons overlooking the golf course listening to the native birds In the back yard sit in the hammock chair under the cool shade of a 50 year old Avocado tree . In winter sit around the fire pit in the evenings cooking marshmallows. The house is in a quiet cul de sac street with on and off street parking There are 4 friendly chickens out the back providing you with 4 daily fresh eggs. All kitchen scraps can be thrown to the chooks or put in the organic compost. Only request is to check on the chickens water every few days and throw them a cup of grains provided. No other care required just enjoy the fresh eggs. Guests will have access to entire house themselves apart from under deck storage area and walk in store room in upstairs library area. Only a 10 minute cycle to pristine North Steyne and Queenscliff beaches and only a 20minutes cycle to manly and wharf The house is close to Manly dam (1km) for mountain biking and walking There is a cycle path that runs in front of the house Only 10 minutes walk to cafes (where coffee is roasted - Belaroma and Roseberry St and a new great coffee roasting takeaway cafe in the industrial area off Campbell Rd 2 min walk called Sopranos . Coles, and Woolworths 2 min drive . A 10 minute walk to Manly Boy Charlton swimming pool (olympic size pool) Buses to the city from the end of the street . 20 min express bus into the city (B1) 20 minute cycle to Manly ferry and either a 20 min fast ferry or a 30 min manly ferry to the CBD . Opal cards accepted Entire house apart from underneath the front deck and the storage room up stairs We can be contacted by phone anytime of the day . Our neighbours are extremely friendly and helpful . It is a family area, quiet but close enough to the hype of manly cafe/ restaurant scene . Express Buses to the city can be caught at the end of the street B1. You will need to purchase an Opal card from the airport if you wish to travel on public buses and trains and the public ferry which is 30 min from Manly to circular quay. If you wish to hire a car at the airport you can park on the street in front of house. You can walk into manly ; 30min walk and catch ferry into the city ( 20 min) There are free " hop skip and jump " buses that stop at the pool ; 5 min walk to the pool. These buses will take you into manly and are free . Garbage night is Tuesday night . RED bin is garbage ( weekly collection) YELLOW bin is recycled plastic /glass (alternate weekly collection) BLUE bin is recycled paper ( alternate weekly collection ) Green is garden clippings . It won’t be necessary to put this bin out for collection
