This was our home for two years and we are ready to make it yours! The building is filled with families who are extremely hospitable to new neighbors. The apartment overlooks the hills of Jouret el Ballout and Brummana and is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Elevator on premises is not operational at the moment, but if you're staying for long, we can have it turned on again. You have two parking spots located inside the building, however cars must be parked behind one another. The street is narrow, therefore having more than two cars is not ideal. You have a large space in the basement to keep boxes or private belonging secured. We hope to meet you on day one and make you as comfortable as possible in our new home. We will get you instantly acquainted with all the aspects of the apartment, alongside handing off spare keys you would need. Apartment must be returned back to the state it was prior to moving. This apartment is surrounded by everything you may need to get away from the city and still feel like you're not stuck in the middle of nowhere. It's 5 mins from the Meten Highway & 25 mins from Beirut. 2 mins from COOP supermarket & Brummana supermarket, Electric Stores, Mechanic Shops, a Pharmacy, Bank Audi, Bank of Beirut, Chez Nassim, several Gas Stations and Brummana's Nightlife (Crepaway, Roadsters, Classic Burger Joint, Zaatar w Zeit, Pub Street). 5 mins away from Brummana High School. To get to Brummana's Main Street, you could order a cab/uber (for a 3 min ride up) or you could use your legs and spend 15 mins walking uphill to the street. Great exercise if you're up to it, alongside saving our planet. Mar Chaaya has an inner road for joggers and athletes that circles around the hill. It's terrific for a workout and it's only 10 mins away by foot. Once on Brummana's main street, you may access the public buses and services. Getting to the capital would require you to either take a cab/Uber down to the city or drive yourself. All lighting in the house is florescent warm or LED warm. The living room and Master bedroom each have their own mini-balconies.
