La Charronniere Pretty 3 gite complex

Our 3 gites are set around a pretty courtyard with a games and hangar and large enclosed swimming pool. Les Ecuries 1 and 2 are spacious 2 bedroom (1 twin and 1 double) Gites with double sofa beds in lounge sleeping up to 6. La P'tite Boulangerie has one double bedroom a double sofa bed in the lounge and plenty of room for another put u up bed suitable for a child. The whole property can accommodate up 16 very comfortably and each Gite has its own outside dining area for those al fresco meals. There is a games hanger with table tennis, pool table and lots of board and outdoor games equipment. There is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The large heated swimming pool is surrounded by a large secluded grassed area for sunbathing (loungers are available). The pool area is fenced for child safety and also contains seating and al fresco dining areas with a barbeque. Just to the side of this area is a swing and slide set for the younger ones. For further enjoyment we have a six hole crazy golf course. The property can be hired as a whole for large groups or families (we are not a party venue we are a holiday short break accommodation) or each gite can be hired individually. Each cottage is fully equipped with all you could want for a self catering holiday and includes free WiFi connection and English and French TV channels. Just 2 miles away is the village of Chaunay with a small shop, tabac, chemist, hairdresser, bar, restaurant and a bakery. We are within 15 minutes drive of the Vallee de Singe (Valley of the Monkeys) and just 40 minutes from Futuroscope. Ideal for families, large groups, walkers, bike riders (roads are practically empty), bird watchers, those keen on fishing, canoeing, golfers 2 courses within 30 minutes drive and lots of other outdoor pursuits. La Rochelle with its famous old port area, fort and Aquarium is just 90 mins and La Marais Portvain (the green venice area) is only an hour away. Whether you want to ride the Velo-rail or watch the excellent Falconry display in the ruins of a castle in Chauvigny this area has a wealth of activities, chateau, churches, charming french villages seemingly untouched and places of natural beauty on your doorstep.... Or you could of course just stay by the pool and relax. Your choice, your holiday.
