A double patio door leads to an open plan living and kitchen area, combining the outdoor and indoor spaces. On the same level, a double/ twin bedroom overlooks the sun kissed fields that stretch out behind the Villa, only separated by a quiet terrace that can host your lunches and dinners, complete with its own barbecue. As you walk up the stairs to the second floor, the Mediterranean sun shines through the windows and bounces off the Cycladic white walls. The second floor boasts a large terrace with panoramic views which can also be appreciated from your double bedroom with elegant ensuite bathroom. Offering private, spectacular, and large outdoor spaces with breathtaking views of the Aegean sea, Villa Lila grants you the most stunning of sunsets. As you look out across the sea, the island of Paros looks back at you. Relax and watch the sun go down over the horizon. Villa Lila has been interior decorated with beautiful sea green tones that reflect calm and serenity. The Nine Graces wants you to have a memorable stay and take advantage of everything we have to offer. We want you to feel comfortable and have an exceptional time. There are some things that we politely ask you to note before your arrival and during your stay. -Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets. -No candles. -Dispose of rubbish. -Keep the property clean and tidy. -Washing up and stripping the beds would be very much appreciated by our housekeeping team, but it is not necessary. -Please be respectful to the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum level. -It is forbidden to wash the bed linens and towels provided by The Nine Graces (fee can occur). * Housekeeping and change of linens and towels during your stay are not included in the total price of the reservation. Guests can request for the service at the time of booking. (we are not able to provide housekeeping if you request for the service during your stay, we need to be notified in advance) Price per housekeeping service €195. The price includes one change of linen and towels and one clean of the property. Please contact the host if you have any questions about this service. ** For all reservations there is a mandatory security deposit of €150 at check in. Guests are required to leave a fixed amount as an authorization on their credit card. The amount mentioned above will be withheld for the duration of the guests stay and after the guest departs and the property has been checked, all unused amounts will be released. ***Check out is strictly at 10am, this time is set to allow our housekeepers enough time to clean and get the property ready for the next reservation.
